Therapy Services

”The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.” - Carl Rogers

Change begins with understanding. I provide a warm, collaborative space to help you navigate anxiety, relationships, life transitions, and personal growth.

  • Life can be unexpected, painful, and often out of our control. Together, we will work to better understand the stories you tell yourself, explore the attachment wounds that may be shaping your relationships and sense of self, and create space for healing and growth.

Our work may draw from attachment and narrative therapy, while also incorporating practical skills from CBT and DBT so you leave sessions not only feeling understood, but with tangible tools you can apply in your everyday life.

  • Relationships are hard, even the ones filled with deep love and connection. Whether you’re preparing for marriage, navigating the normal ups and downs of partnership, struggling with intimacy, thinking about separation, or learning how to co-parent, we will work through it together.

We’ll identify the patterns that keep showing up, improve communication, and work toward helping both partners feel more understood, connected, and emotionally safe. Our work may incorporate concepts and skills from EFT and The Gottman Method so that alongside deeper insight and healing, you also leave with tangible tools you can use in everyday life.

  • I work with children and teens ages 6–18, along with parents and families when appropriate. Children and teens can be complicated. Sometimes what looks like anger, anxiety, defiance, or withdrawal is really something deeper underneath. It can also be hard finding a therapist your child actually feels comfortable opening up to.

Together, we will work to better understand what your child or teen truly needs, build trust and rapport at their pace, and create a space where they feel safe being themselves. Family therapy can also be added along the way to improve communication and support within the family system.

Specialities

  • Whether you are actively struggling with substance use, navigating sobriety, coping with relapse, or supporting a loved one through addiction, therapy can help you better understand the patterns, pain, and stories underneath it all. I have experience working with clients in both residential and outpatient treatment settings, using Motivational Interviewing, DBT, and Narrative Therapy to help clients build healthier coping skills, reconnect with their values, and begin rewriting the patterns that no longer serve them.

  • Anxiety and depression can leave you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or exhausted from constantly overthinking and trying to hold everything together. Together, we’ll slow things down, better understand the patterns underneath what you’re experiencing, and build practical tools to help you feel more grounded, connected, and like yourself again. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in curiosity, self-compassion, and meaningful change, drawing from Client-Centered Therapy, DBT, ACT, CBT, and Narrative Therapy.

  • Big feelings can feel exhausting, confusing, and sometimes even isolating, especially when emotions seem to take over before you have time to process what’s happening. Together, we’ll work on understanding the deeper patterns underneath your emotional reactions while building practical emotion regulation tools that help you feel more grounded, connected, and in control. My approach draws from DBT, ACT, and Client-Centered Therapy, with a focus on self-compassion, insight, and meaningful change.
